Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager for Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract guests, increase bookings, and maximize revenue across all channels. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales and marketing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify new revenue opportunities and market segments.
2. Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Scylla brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning. Ensure brand integrity across all communication channels and touchpoints.
4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners, and industry partners. Represent Scylla at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
5. Revenue Optimization: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Implement pricing strategies, promotional offers, and packages to drive bookings and maximize revenue.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
7. Performance Measurement: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
