Sales Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager in the field of Minerals (Talc), your main role will be to develop and manage marketing programs to support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. - Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products. - Perform pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing. - Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership. - Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of product development. - Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies. - Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows. - Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies. - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Must be a local candidate from Chennai/Bangalore or willing to relocate. - Experience in marketing or related field. - MBA in sales and marketing. - Exposure to Industrial mineral/chemical/Plastic/Paint/Polymer industry will be preferred.
