As a part of this role, you will be responsible for: - Sending advance mail to the Accounts department for vehicle (Own and Market) transactions. - Resolving issues related to loading, unloading, and other operational matters. - Distributing driver rewards and incentives by the 4th of every month. - Managing diesel distribution to drivers and maintaining their accounts, Fastag top-up, and conducting route analysis. - Monitoring and ensuring the daily running kilometers of the vehicles. - Coordinating driver arrangements for Tata Signa and other vehicles. - Exercising control over all expenses related to vehicles, including diesel costs. - Handling Fastag, Waybill, Fleetax, IOCL, BPCL, RIL, or password protection, and resolving any issues that may arise.
