Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Promote FTL & PTL services to manufacturers, distributors, and large-scale businesses across sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across different regions of India.
  • Work closely with the operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry, preferably in FTL/PTL.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian logistics market.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across Chennai region.
