Designation: Logistic executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Primary Responsibilities

To assist Marketing Staff, Customers-Clients with product sourcing, quotations, freight rates and claims.

To process Order for inventory products as well as placing orders with suppliers

To co-ordinate with Inter Departments and Factory

To reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales team.

To manage the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and co-ordination of dispatch schedules both manually and with computer programs

To effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.

Deal with clients either in writing, email, over the telephone or in person for payments reminder.

Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

General/Party ledger reconciliations

Issue receipts to customers for payments related to debit and credit notes.

Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data.

Supporting the month-end process and Generating month-end reports.
