Key Responsibilities: - Implement marketing strategies and lead sales initiatives - Engage potential clients to promote company products and services - Analyze markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns - Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities - Drive lead generation and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Prepare reports on sales and marketing performance Qualifications Required: - Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and client relationship management - Expertise in marketing strategies, digital marketing, and content creation - Analytical skills for market research and campaign performance evaluation - Proficient in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges - Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar fields is a plus - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Please note that the final salary will be decided during the interview process and ranges from Rs 20,000 to 45,000/- with incentives.
