Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for automation projects, tech solutions, and diamond detection machines
• Meet clients, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions
• Promote company products across industrial and government sectors
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Support government tender submissions with documentation & client coordination
• Execute marketing activities (social media, digital marketing, exhibitions)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in automation & industrial tech
• Work closely with the technical team to deliver customized solutions
• Achieve sales targets and expand business reach

Requirements

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in sales/marketing (tech, electronics, automation, or industrial sector preferred)
• Basic understanding of automation, IoT, embedded systems, or AI solutions (training will be provided)
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry exhibitions
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of government tenders (added advantage)
