We are a high-growth startup with a global outlook and a deep focus on solving real-world problems in manufacturing, logistics, and high-risk environments. 💼 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Execuive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IoT, EHS, or industrial solutions), strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to managing both sales and marketing tasks. This role involves working closely with the leadership team and customers across India and global markets. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors Build and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot or equivalent CRM Conduct product demos with prospective customers (remote or in-person) Prepare customised proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up communication Support pre-sales activities, POCs, and early-stage customer success coordination Collaborate with the technical and product teams to refine messaging and gather market feedback Execute basic marketing tasks: outreach campaigns, LinkedIn content, event coordination, collateral development Track sales KPIs, customer data, and activity reports for leadership review ✅ What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IoT, industrial tech, or EHS software) Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable with inside sales, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Ability to multitask and contribute to both sales and marketing efforts Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for AI, industrial innovation, and safety technology Based in Jaipur or willing to work full-time from our Jaipur office. 🌍 Why Join Us?
