Job Title: UI/UX Architect Location: Jaipur, India Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Architect to lead the design vision and user experience strategy for our AI-powered workplace safety platform. This role will shape intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences across real-time dashboards, admin tools, and user-facing interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure every interaction is purposeful, accessible, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities UX Strategy & Architecture Define and lead UX strategy across products in collaboration with product and tech teams. Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Drive user research and usability testing to validate and improve experiences. Promote user-centered design thinking in product development and business decisions. Design intuitive dashboards with a focus on real-time interaction and data insights. UI Design & Systems Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI frameworks. Ensure design consistency in layout, typography, colors, and responsive behavior. Set visual standards across platforms while ensuring WCAG and accessibility compliance. Guide implementation of clean, modern interfaces that support usability and performance. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor designers and frontend developers in best practices for UI/UX. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA teams. Conduct design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder presentations. Ensure all design output aligns with strategic goals and user expectations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role. Proven experience designing complex systems for web applications. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, UI systems, and product design for SaaS or data-intensive platforms. Expertise in tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar. Strong knowledge of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
