We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our expansion across India. Experience: 3–5 years in EdTech / B2B Institutional Sales Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard educational institutions across multiple streams. Target and close deals with coaching centres, colleges, schools, and universities. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team. Track KPIs, ensure CRM hygiene, and achieve quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to align on-ground feedback with product development. Requirements: Postgraduate degree from reputed business schools (IIMs, BITS Pilani, etc., preferred). 3–5 years of experience in EdTech or SaaS-based B2B sales. Strong ability to build institutional relationships and close high-value deals. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus.
