Job Description

EdgeUp is a cutting-edge AI-powered learning platform built for competitive exam coaching centres (UPSC, PSC, SSB, RRB) as well as schools, colleges, and universities. We’re looking for driven Sales Executives to help us grow across India by connecting with academic institutions and showcasing the value of EdgeUp as their AI-driven learning partner.

What You'll Do:

Establish design culture from scratch at a fast-growing EdTech startup
Create design systems for React.js PWA and CSS-based educational platform
Design AI-powered interfaces that adapt to student learning behavior
Build scalable design systems used across multiple product teams
Create gamified experiences that improve learning engagement by 25%+
Conduct user research and A/B testing with real student data

What We're Looking For:

3+ years UI/UX design with design systems experience
Expert Figma/XD proficiency with React.js collaboration
Strong portfolio demonstrating educational/complex workflows
Mobile-first, responsive design expertise
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
User research and usability testing experience
