Senior Corporate Sales Manager / BDM/Corporate Sales Executive – Car Rentals (Pan India)
Industry: Car Rentals / Fleet Management / Travel Services
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Professional to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts for our car rental, employee transportation, airport transfers, MICE & event transportation, and leasing services across India.
This role requires strong B2B sales skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a deep understanding of the corporate travel/transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, large enterprises, and MNCs) through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, and Procurement decision-makers. Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy & Business Development
Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute strategies tailored for the corporate market. Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Proposals & Presentations
Prepare and deliver persuasive, customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations showcasing the value of our fleet and services.
• Contract Negotiation & Closures
Lead client negotiations to finalize contracts with mutually beneficial terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
• Market & Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.
• Reporting & Sales Performance
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales performance using CRM software. Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
• Networking & Representation
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales (Car Rentals, Transportation, Hospitality, or Travel industry preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and client relationship management experience.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events across India.
