Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in target verticals (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Government, Healthcare, etc.) Understand customer needs and propose end-to-end IT solutions in line with their business objectives. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design, quote, and propose relevant solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to upsell/cross-sell solutions and services. Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners to drive joint go-to-market activities. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and competitor landscape in the system integration space. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–8 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably with a System Integrator, OEM, or Technology Reseller. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and/or managed services. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong network in the local enterprise market is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications or familiarity with products from OEMs such as Cisco, Dell, VMware, Fortinet, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet, IBM etc. Experience in selling solutions like Data Center, Cloud (AWS, Azure), SOC/NOC services, IT security, etc. Exposure to government or public sector sales (if applicable).
