Position Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients, generating new business leads on our target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
