Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our client acquisition efforts in our target markets. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in the digital marketing and technology services space. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Identify and approach potential clients, generating new business leads on our target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.) is a strong plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
