Role & responsibilities

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own sales targets and drive adoption of IoT-based products in apartment complexes/societies
  • Manage full-cycle client relationships acquisition, onboarding, and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong channel partner and stakeholder networks
  • Pitch consultatively to RWA leaders, builders, and large housing complexes
  • Create visibility and trust for a new product category in the access & security domain

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-7 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in Telecom, Green Energy, Solar, EV, Lift domain with exposure to Apartments, Societies, or corporates sales)
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and funnel management capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within territory
  • Prior experience dealing with RWAs, builders, or residential communities is a strong advantage

Education:

  • Graduation is a must
  • MBA preferred
