Job description: IT Recruiter responsibilities include creating optimum pipelines for the assigned roles. Ensuring that the pipelines created are running smoothly and follow up wherever required with the Account Managers to achiever their individual goals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees. Responsibilities * Source, screen and provide qualified candidates for various roles * Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews in a timely manner so as to ensure smooth process * Follow up timely with Account Managers to check the feedback and next steps for candidates * Reduce our time-to-hire * Network online and offline with potential candidates to create credibility Requirements: Strong communication skills: Effective communication is essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Attention to detail: Recruiters need to carefully review resumes, job descriptions, and other documents to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Time management skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently is crucial in recruitment to keep the hiring process moving smoothly.
