Title : Manager / AVP / VP Real Estate Acquisition Location : Mumbai & Bangalore (Only Local candidate) Industry : Commercial Real Estate | Investments | PropTech Experience : 412 years Company : Reputed, fast-growing real estate investment platform Role & responsibilities We are looking for a driven Manager / Assistant Vice President / Vice President Real Estate Acquisition to join a high-growth investment platform focused on commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investments, deep regional market knowledge, and a strong broker/IPCs network across southern India. Key Responsibilities : Source investment opportunities through funds, brokers, IPCs, asset owners, etc. Evaluate and underwrite commercial assets offices, warehouses, data centres, schools, hospitals in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad Conduct site visits, analyze asset risks, lease quality, and growth potential Drive due diligence, close transactions, and ensure seamless monitoring post-acquisition Collaborate with consultants for legal and financial diligence Prepare Investment Memos, coordinate listings, and support asset management Contribute toward the companys goal of sourcing over 500 Cr in assets monthly Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred) 4+ years in commercial real estate / investment acquisition Strong market knowledge and IPC relationships in southern metros Startup-friendly, entrepreneurial mindset Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
