Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong client relationships for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires extensive experience in sales leadership, market analysis, and strategic planning within the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation, customer engagement, and closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, channel partners, and brokers to drive sales.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior management.
  • Implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and innovative marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and RERA guidelines.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team performance to ensure high productivity and motivation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience (10–15 years) in sales leadership within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of real estate markets, pricing, and buyer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead large teams and work under pressure to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Revenue growth and profitability.
  • Team performance and lead conversion ratios.
