Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader with a strong background in luxury sales to lead and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury property transactions, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client service. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the luxury real estate market. Conduct regular training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive team culture. Oversee and manage high-end property listings, ensuring marketing excellence. Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships. Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, and operations teams. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies. Qualifications: Active real estate license ingurgaon and a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales. Proven experience leading a successful sales team. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-net-worth clientele. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). Bilingual skills are a plus.
