About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Designing and updating job descriptions. 2. Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates. 3. Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g., Shine, LinkedIn, Naukri.com etc. 4. Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms. 5. Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video) 6. Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media 7. Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the company's Hiring Managers 8. Sending job offers and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits 9. Monitoring HR metrics (e.g,. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.) 10. Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs. 11. Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs. 12. Providing guidance and consultancy to recruits and also helping them onboard. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter 3. In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management 4. Familiarity with resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and employee referral programs 5. Strong grasp of full-cycle recruitment processes 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7.
