About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Understand the hiring requirements and workforce planning needs of the management 2. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks 3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements 4. Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers 5. Negotiate job offers, salary, and other terms with selected candidates 6. Stay updated with current hiring trends and best recruitment practices 7. Maintain a daily interview schedule and ensure timely follow-ups 8. Coordinate directly with management for timely hiring decisions 9. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation 10. Build relationships with hiring institutes and conduct campus recruitment drives 11.
