About the job: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Kalyan. Key responsibilities: 1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles. 2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. 3. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. 4. Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates. 5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. 6. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
