Role Overview

Sales Head

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and contracts within the logistics and transport sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industry segments (manufacturing, Auto Ancillary, Solar, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

• 8 – 15 years

  of experience in

  sales, business development, or key account management

  in

  logistics, transportation, or supply chain

  sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience building and managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and client service delivery.
• Ability to work independently, with a performance-driven and strategic mindset.
