Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams will also be part of the role. Qualifications Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and strategic planning. 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional role Very good communication skills. Proficient with Excel, PPT, Presentation and CRM software Handling event like Channel Partner meet, New Project launches etc Experience in Team Leadership and Mentoring to guide and motivate the sales team effectively. Proficiency in Market Analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge. Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to liaise with clients and close deals successfully. Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to ensure operational efficiency and address sales-related challenges. Flexibility to travel as required and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Relevant experience in the real estate industry is Mandatory.
