Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head – Solar Structure Industry

Job Role:
Lead and manage the sales team in the solar structure industry, develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, oversee end-to-end sales cycles, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the solar structure industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project developers, and large industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and dispatches through ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and sales analysis via ERP.
  • Collaborate with production, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide periodic MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management.
  • 8–12 years of sales experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in the solar structure / renewable energy / steel fabrication industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Odoo / Tally or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
