Job Description

Experience Required: 2–3 years in B2C Inside Sales with team handling experience
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Hybrid (Kochi, Kollam, Trivandrum preferred)

Job Summary:- We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead to drive sales and lead a growing team for our client Spaces Eco Clean. You will manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to securing testimonials—while mentoring a new team of sales agents. This is a hybrid role with rapid growth potential into senior leadership Initially, this role will be hands-on, requiring direct Inside sales, with a transition to complete team management as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

  • Handle end-to-end customer lifecycle: outbound calls (during training), incoming leads, and follow-up outreach
  • Prepare and send quotations, negotiate contracts, and address objections confidently
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Obtain client testimonials to strengthen brand reputation

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents
  • Monitor performance, set individual and team targets, and ensure these are met
  • Provide training, coaching, and support during process or tool rollouts

Process & Technology

  • Leverage CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred), IVR solutions, and sales tools — and train your team on their use
  • Keep sales data clean and up-to-date in the CRM
  • Partner with operations to ensure sales strategies align with delivery capabilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, with a record of achieving or surpassing targets
  • Experience managing or leading a team is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfort and skill in handling objections and problem solving
  • Familiarity with CRM software; prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred

Additional Details

  • Work Mode: Hybrid role to start, with option to work from home initially. Eventually the role will move to our new corporate office in Trivandrum.
  • Preferred Locations: Candidates living in or around Kochi, Kollam, or Trivandrum are preferred, because we have active operations in those areas.
