Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 3 sales executives.
Develop and execute sales strategies for both offline coaching and online courses.
Generate leads through schools, colleges, and corporate tie-ups.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and institutional partners.
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
Train and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both in structured offline sales (field visits, tie-ups) and online campaigns.
Graduate/MBA preferred.
