Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 sales executives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for both offline coaching and online courses.
  • Generate leads through schools, colleges, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and institutional partners.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both in structured offline sales (field visits, tie-ups) and online campaigns.
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
