  • Business Growth & Strategy

    • Design and execute strategies to generate, nurture, and retain leads.
    • Drive end-to-end business growth initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement scalable client acquisition and retention models.
  • Client Management & CXO-Level Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders and CXO-level executives.
    • Lead client-facing discussions, negotiations, and presentations to drive business outcomes.
    • Act as the bridge between client requirements and internal execution teams.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
    • Set performance benchmarks and track team KPIs to ensure achievement of business goals.
    • Foster a high-performance culture with focus on accountability and collaboration.
  • Market & Product Strategy

    • Leverage insights from SaaS, B2B, and enterprise sales to refine go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
    • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.

  • 4-8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in
