Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Cartrends’ business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales approach.
• Work closely with leadership to forecast sales, plan budgets, and drive profitability.
• Ensure proper reporting, performance tracking, and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum

  8–12 years of proven sales experience

  , with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in

  automotive parts/automobile/manufacturing sector

  preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive growth, manage large teams, and deliver consistent results.
