Job Summary

The Sales Head – Inside Sales will lead and manage the in-house sales team responsible for student admissions, course promotions, and revenue generation. This leadership role demands strategic planning, daily monitoring, team training, and consistent achievement of monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and scale the inside sales/admissions team

* Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Monitor call performance, lead conversion, and follow-ups

* Develop structured sales scripts and admission processes

* Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives

* Track CRM data, reports, and dashboards

* Coordinate with marketing for lead generation strategies

* Ensure high-quality student and parent counselling

* Drive revenue growth through effective upselling & cross-selling

* Analyze sales trends and improve conversion ratios

* Conduct daily review meetings with the team

* Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and target adherence

* Prepare MIS reports and present them to management

* Experience in Education, EdTech, BFSI, or Training industry preferred
