Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

2. Team Leadership & Management

o Lead, mentor, and motivate regional/national sales teams.

o Train, and develop sales personnel.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for sales staff.

3. Revenue & Business Growth

- Drive revenue generation through acquisition of new customers and expansion within existing accounts.

- Develop strategies for channel sales, direct sales, and key accounts.

- Oversee pricing, negotiations, and deal closures.

5. Forecasting & Reporting

- Track sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics.

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior leadership.

- Use CRM tools to analyze data and improve sales efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.

- Provide feedback on market needs, product improvements, and customer pain points.

- Align sales campaigns with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree

- 1 years of sales experience relevant field (Background in Retail, Telecom, Service & sales)

- Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Basic Computer Knowledge

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting.

- Proficiency in CRM tools

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
