Job Title: Sales Executive (Academic Counselor) – Female Candidates Location: Calicut, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary: Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Experienced: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Performance-based incentives available Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female candidates for the role of Sales Executive (Academic Counselor) in our Calicut office. This role involves guiding prospective students through our educational offerings, assisting them in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through calls and in-person meetings to understand their educational needs. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and inquiries. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two or Graduation in any discipline. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
