Position: Procurement/Purchase Executive Brand/Department : Supply Chain / Procurement Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Role Overview: The Procurement Executive will be responsible for end-to-end vendor management, procurement operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination across multiple brands. The role ensures timely sourcing, quality compliance, and seamless flow of materials to support retail and caf operations. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding Identify and connect with new vendors for gourmet food, packaging, and non-food items. Negotiate favorable terms and onboard vendors in line with company standards. Ensure product sampling, quality checks, and pricing align with brand expectations. Vendor Relationship & Database Management Maintain a detailed and up-to-date vendor database, including pricing, contracts, and performance records.
