Store Supervisor - Provenance Gourmet Gifts - Cafe & Desserts

Position:

Responsibilities:

• Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis.
• Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for

resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the

improvement of the process.

• Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by

management, driving business growth and market expansion.

• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and

shelf life.

• Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to

merchandising plans.

• Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
• Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Managing e-commerce order fulfillment. Including but not limited to

overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery,

ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Around 2-5 years in Retail Sales (Experience range is flexible for right

candidate).

• Excellent customer handling and communication.
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any

engagement.

Job Location: Whitefield (Bengaluru) and Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad)
