Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished and creative Brand & Creative Strategist to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of integrated brand and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with creative flair to craft a compelling and consistent brand presence across all consumer and corporate touchpoints. The role demands a balance of strategic insight, creative direction, and leadership to ensure that all campaigns and communications reflect the companys vision, values, and positioning. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning * Define, refine, and uphold the brands identity, tone of voice, and market positioning. * Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication platforms. * Develop long-term brand strategies that enhance visibility, relevance, and recall. Creative Direction & Campaign Management * Lead the creative ideation and development of campaigns for new launches, corporate initiatives, and client engagement. * Collaborate with leading creative and media agencies to deliver impactful 360 campaigns across digital, social, TV, print, and experiential channels. * Evaluate creative concepts and marketing assets to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence. Integrated Marketing Communications * Design and execute annual brand calendars aligned with corporate marketing goals. * Build integrated communication plans across owned, earned, and paid media. * Partner with internal communications to align employee engagement with brand narrative. Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, CSR, PR) to maintain unified messaging. * Manage external creative, media, and production agenciesoverseeing budgets, timelines, and output quality. * Present campaign concepts and brand performance metrics to leadership teams. Innovation & Market Insights * Leverage consumer insights, analytics, and competitive research to inform creative direction. * Identify emerging media trends and cultural movements to keep the brand contemporary and engaging. * Drive creative experimentation and storytelling across new and evolving platforms. Qualifications & Experience Education: * Graduation or Post-Graduation from a top-tier institute in Marketing, Design, or Communications (e.g., IIM, ISB, MICA, NID, FMS, XLRI, or leading international schools such as LBS, INSEAD, Parsons, etc.). Experience: * 612 years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or integrated marketing within a corporate or consumer brand environment. * Demonstrated success in developing and managing multi-channel brand campaigns. * Skills & Competencies: * Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and design sensibility. * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agency partners. * Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. * Deep understanding of digital, print, PR, and experiential media ecosystems. * Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
