Job Description

Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee
end-to-end turnkey interior projects
.
Handle
material procurement
, vendor sourcing, and purchase order management.
Conduct
cost comparison and price negotiations
with suppliers to ensure value and quality.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Maintain accurate project documentation, inventory, and expense tracking.
Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and administrative coordination for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with design, site, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
Support general office and project-related administrative functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduation (preferred)
Minimum
3 years of experience
in an interior design or turnkey project firm.
Strong knowledge of
procurement, negotiation, and vendor management
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and basic project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
