Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist Role Overview: We are seeking a well-presented, well groomed ,professional, and approachable Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the reception area, office premises, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating office operations, and providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring security protocols are followed. Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, screen, and direct calls promptly and professionally. Maintain visitor log, issue visitor passes, and guide guests to the appropriate staff/meeting rooms. Manage meeting room bookings, ensure cleanliness and availability of facilities. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages. Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, record keeping, data entry. Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain office hygiene and safety standards. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Ensure front desk area and office area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery/materials. Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant personality and positive attitude is must Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Hindi and Telugu Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
