As a Sales Head in the real estate sector, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. MBA is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership roles. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making. - Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and client needs.
