Job Description

Strategy & Sales:
Develop/implement sales plans, set targets, analyze trends, identify new markets, and drive initiatives to boost sales and revenue.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales associates, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Operations:
Oversee daily store functions, manage budgets, ensure compliance, handle loss prevention, and maintain operational efficiency.
Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional service, resolve complaints, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Merchandising:
Implement visual displays, manage inventory, and ensure optimal stock levels.
Reporting:
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and report on store/regional sales to leadership.
