Sales and Client Relationship Management
Sell high-end luxury Real Estate projects
Establish and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
Networking and Channel Partner Management
Engage with major Channel Partners, International Property Consultants (IPCs), wealth managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential clients.
Identify and on-board new channel partners.
Develop strong connections with key decision-makers within target client segments.
Achievement of Sales Targets
Deliver sales numbers as per the business plan, focusing on both sourcing and closing deals.
Proven experience in sales, specifically in luxury real estate.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with an established client network.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of market trends in luxury real estate
