Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be expected to have proficiency in distributor management, which includes overseeing existing distributors and successfully onboarding new ones. Your prior consumer sales experience in sectors such as Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, and Paints/Cements will be beneficial for this position. Your responsibilities will involve recruiting, training, and overseeing sales, business development (BD), human resources (HR), and training teams. It is essential that you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively carry out these tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for AffordPlan. - Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AffordPlan's customer base and market share. - Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed. - Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. - Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. - Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in distributor management - Prior consumer sales experience in specified sectors - Recruitment and training skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint If you join our team, you will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, such as hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be expected to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption of AffordPlan.
