Job Description

As a **Preferred Candidate**, you should have proficiency in distributor management, including overseeing existing distributors and successfully onboarding new ones. Your prior consumer sales experience in Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, and Paints/Cements sectors will be beneficial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, training, and overseeing sales, business development (BD), human resources (HR), and training teams. - Driving sales by developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets for AffordPlan. - Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand AffordPlan's customer base and market share. - Managing relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals by cultivating strong relationships and addressing their needs in a timely manner. - Regularly reviewing sales performance against targets and adjusting strategies as needed. - Overseeing day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. - Being responsible for Zone Profit & Loss (P&L) by managing financial targets and monitoring performance metrics.
