Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Head located in Chennai. The Area Sales Head will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling account management, overseeing team activities, and driving sales management strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales plans, analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Experience: 10–12 Years

Industry: B2C Sales (Preferred: Retail, Telecom, Credit Cards, BFSI)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Vizag. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, managing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships across our partner hospital network.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve quarterly and annual business targets

• Build strong brand presence for AffordPlan across partner hospitals in Vizag

• Foster trusted relationships with doctors, hospital teams, and customers

• Identify hiring needs, recruit, and train new sales executives

• Track and report daily MIS and sales performance metrics

• Prepare regular sales presentations and performance reports

• Manage reconciliation processes with hospitals


🔹 Requirements:

• 10–12 years of B2C sales experience (BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management experience

• Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and team training

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
