● Design and execute sales growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Drive overall revenue scaling for IIVS programs and courses
● Forecast sales, track pipeline health, and ensure consistent deal closures
● Reduce CAC and improve ROI through continuous process optimization Team Leadership & Performance Management
● Manage, lead, and mentor a team of 15+ Sales Counsellors / BDEs
● Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement
● Monitor individual and team performance against assigned KPIs
● Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs
● Motivate teams to perform in a high-pressure, target-driven environment Funnel Optimization & Data Analysis
● Optimize lead conversion across inbound, outbound, and referral channels
● Analyze sales data, funnels, KPIs, and conversion ratios to identify growth opportunities
● Improve pitch quality, sales scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies
● Handle escalations, high-value prospects, and critical conversions CRM, Reporting & Process Excellence ● Ensure proper CRM usage, lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting accuracy
● Implement CRM best practices and sales automation tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
● Maintain and review MIS reports, dashboards, and sales records
● Ensure timely installment collections, payment closures, and revenue realization Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Collaborate closely with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead quality
● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead optimization and smooth handovers Customer Growth & Retention
● Improve upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies
● Increase average deal size and customer lifetime value (CLV)
● Proven experience in Sales Growth, Revenue Management, or Ed-Tech Sales Leadership
● Strong expertise in team handling, sales scaling, and performance management
● Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
● Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MIS reporting, and sales dashboards
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
● Strong understanding of online education sales funnels and conversions
● Strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset
● Monthly & quarterly revenue growth

● Lead-to-closure and conversion ratio improvement
