About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Lead & manage all digital marketing functions

    SEO, Content, Social Media, PR, Strategy, and Paid Campaigns.

  2. Plan, execute & scale high-performance

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.

  3. Build end-to-end

    marketing funnels

    for courses, workshops & e-learning conversions. Develop

    AI-based automation systems

    using Zapier, HubSpot, and ChatGPT workflows.
  4. Create

    SOPs & frameworks

    for campaign efficiency and scalability.
  5. Optimize for key KPIs —

    ROI, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

  6. Conduct

    A/B testing

    of ad creatives, copies & landing pages for ongoing improvement.
  7.  Manage and allocate marketing budgets across platforms strategically.
  8. Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
  9.  Drive

    international lead generation

    campaigns for global expansion.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — content, design, and product — to deliver integrated campaigns.
  11. Present detailed

    performance reports & growth roadmaps

    directly to senior management.


Required Skills & Expertise

  1.  4–6 years of hands-on experience in

    Performance & Digital Marketing

    , preferably in

    EdTech

    .
  2. Proven track record of achieving strong

    ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics

    through paid campaigns.
  3. Expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube Ads LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and Retargeting.

  4.  Strong analytical skills and experience using

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

  5.  Ability to set up

    automation pipelines and workflows

    for efficiency.
  6.  Familiarity with

    AI & MarTech tools

    (Zapier, HubSpot, ChatGPT, etc.).
  7.  Excellent leadership, communication & presentation skills.
  8.  Strategic thinker with the ability to

    build systems from scratch

    and optimize continuously.
  9.  Experience with

    international campaigns

    or multi-region targeting is an added advantage.
