Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Hardware Sales Executive at COMnet Solutions (Global), you will play a crucial role in managing the sales of IT hardware products to B2B or B2C clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate hardware solutions based on product knowledge will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales of IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, printers, networking equipment, and security solutions. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales management. - Provide timely and accurate quotations and follow up on sales leads. - Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, competitors, and product developments. - Work closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth sales operations. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase the features and benefits of IT products. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). - Proven track record in IT hardware sales (2+ years preferred). - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT infrastructure. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized. Preferred: - Experience selling branded hardware (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco). - 1-6 years of experience in IT hardware sales or related fields (preferably). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong knowledge of antivirus software, cybersecurity solutions, desktop sales, infrastructure sales, laptop sales, networking products, printer sales, security sales, solution sales. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.,
