Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Analyst to support and optimize our IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the performance and security of our IT environment. A key responsibility will also include developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into system performance, usage metrics, and operational trends. Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Support:Monitor and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (endpoints, servers, storage, network, etc.).Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and work with vendors as needed.Assist with the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.Perform regular system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery testing.Ensure systems and infrastructure are compliant with security and regulatory standards.Maintain data accuracy and dashboard performance through scheduled refreshes and optimization techniques.Provide actionable insights based on reporting to improve infrastructure efficiency.
