To scale our mission, we are looking for dedicated Female Sales Call Executives who can confidently connect with participants, explain program benefits, and assist them in enrolling. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential participants Clearly explain program features and enrollment steps Maintain call logs and follow-up lists Achieve daily/weekly outreach targets Provide a warm, respectful, and supportive communication experience Ideal Candidate Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English Confident phone etiquette Prior telesales/customer service experience is a plus but not required Passion for women empowerment and community work
