Role Overview

The candidate will play a key role in driving sales for the company’s premium verticals catering to HNIs and UHNIs. This role requires a strong sales-first mindset with excellent networking, follow-up, and relationship-building capabilities to generate traction among high-value clients. While there will be coordination with the marketing team for deliverables and campaign tracking, the primary focus remains on sales execution and client acquisition.

The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end client interactions, building trust with premium clients, and ensuring a seamless experience aligned with the company’s positioning in the luxury and high-value segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Identify and build relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, architects, and other high-value clients.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
  • Maintain a daily sales tracker for outreach, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Work with defined weekly and monthly sales targets and present reports on projections and achievements.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure consistent engagement until closure.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations suited to premium clientele.
  • Monitor and report on sales pipeline movement, including client responses, meetings scheduled, and deal progression.
  • Follow a structured sales SOP:
  • Lead sourcing & qualification
  • Initial outreach & introduction
  • Follow-up communication
  • Scheduling meetings/presentations
  • Documenting outcomes & next steps
  • Reporting progress and identifying gaps
  • Closing and onboarding coordination

2. Marketing Coordination

  • Track marketing deliverables and follow up with agencies for daily updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, content, and shoot requirements for campaigns.
  • Review monthly performance reports (SEO, ads, social media) and match them against expected deliverables before invoice approval.
  • Coordinate between directors, marketing teams, and external agencies for campaign planning, photoshoots, and ad materials.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly Project Tracker for all marketing activities.
  • Compare agreed deliverables with actual output each month.
  • Negotiate invoice amounts if deliverables or performance fall short.
  • Escalate invoices to the Managing Director for final review and approval before payments.

3. Reports & Documentation

  • Maintain a comprehensive sales tracker covering:
  • Calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings
  • Conversion ratios and sales projections
  • Prepare weekly sales projection reports to showcase productivity.
  • Document all client interactions and outcomes for transparent reporting.
  • Collect and analyse SEO and social media performance reports from agencies each month.
  • Summarize and present key insights to management.

4. Ad-Hoc Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling photoshoots by coordinating with directors, shoot teams, and agencies.
  • Support directors with ad-hoc tasks including research, presentations, and coordination with third parties.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing Coordination, or Client Servicing.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and coordination activities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (SEO, social media).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting and tracking.
